Hello....

Got the news on Friday... Had gone to get checked for blood clot or something as had a head-on collision in Feb and right side had seatbelt injury. But the result was something that shook my world. Have a sick mother to look after who is depended on me for lots of things. A daughter who is in her second year in university. Separated last year. With all the responsibilities no I cant afford to be sick. I was so shaken at the doctor office that I did not ask any questions.. All he said that it is in my milk ducts. Hope its DCIS. He requested for a specialist appointment which I got yesterday to see the surgeon on June 06. Did some research on the Dr and found lots of good comments on him and he is said to be one of the best in the city. Hope its not too bad. Hope I can recover fast :(

    Have you had a biopsy?  A diagnosis cannot be made from imaging alone.

    Yes... had my core biopsy ( still soar and lumpy ) done last week Tuesday. It came positive and all doctor said its inside my Milk Ducts.. did not give any more details as I was alone and have low blood pressure issues... Have to take someone with me when I go for my appointment.
