reduction on remaining breast?

Hi all, I'm happily flat on the left. I was wearing my pros probably half the time when I go out and going braless when I'm home, and was quite happy with that.  Now I've developed truncal LE and find I'm needing to wear a bra to keep the compression spots in place. The compression stuff is hard on my remaining D cup breast!  It's very cystic and a lot of pressure on it makes it very sore.  My surgeon left excess skin (thinking I was going to have recon, but never asking me about it, GRRR) so I am planning surgery in the future to have that removed. 

Has anyone had their remaining breast reduced?  It seems like I could get it done at the same time that the PS is removing the excess skin. I'd really like to be a AB cup (and not so droopy!)
