I hate this sooooo much!!!! 

That's why I never mind much when we purchase something and don't eat it right away... at least it gives us a chance to see if there are any mass illnesses or recalls taking place.

ALSO - I have to go back and look at where I saw this, but researchers are now going to ratings sites like YELP to ferret out reviews that talk about people getting sick, or food poisoning at restaurants.

Most of them will never call the Health Department if they do, but many of them will post about it on Social Media...

(On the other hand, a fake report sure could hurt a restaurant's business!)
