'Becker' implants with strattice (sling) to permanent silicone?

Hello everyone.

I had a dmx in October with immediate reconstruction using Becker impants (saline pouch at the back of a silicone shell and used as a TE but can be left in permanently - hybrid type thing :-) I still have slight seroma fluid problems if I don't wear compression (sports) bras but they're ok in the main and I could live with them if that was my only choice. 

My consultant, however, has offered to replace them with permanent silicones in an attempt to make the shape of them narrower and more symetrical. Does anyone have any stories good or bad about 'upgrading' after TEs or Becker please? I am unsure as to whether I want to take the risk of more surgery / more drains / more potential seroma problems etc. But I also don't want to regret not trying for the best result I can get. Any help or guidance or information would be very gratefully received. Thanks ladies x
