Question.. Little worried

So I recently noticed I have a white spot under my breast (about 1 1-2 inch) and it's surrounded by 4 small white spots all in a circle. could this be an infection or something? I hate going to the doctor over nothing

Anytime something is "different" on your breast, you should have it checked out. Likely that it is just a skin change of some type, but always make sure. Best to you!
