swollen nodes in groin after exam?

Has anyone had swollen lymph nodes elsewhere in the body after palpation of the axillary and clavicular nodes? I had a REALLY thorough exam yesterday (my armpits are actually sore) and this morning I noticed swollen groin nodes on both sides?? Has anyone else experienced this?
