diagnosed with florid adenosis and fibrocystic change

i am 23yrs old..had a lump in right breast since 8years.. but it never really bothered,it was only a month before that i started feeling pain so i went for a check up. I had an ultrasound acc to which there are multiple internal cysts and calcification. The doc wanted me to have a biopsy as well so i went for that too.. i just got my report today    "Breast tissue shows features of adenosis with proliferative bilayered acini,some of which contain microcalcifications. Also seen are apocrine cysts, and macrophage filled duct spaces. Foci of Usual ductal hyperplasia and the mycoepithelial layer is maintained."

Is there anything of concern..? Its written in the report that no malignancy is seen. Should i still be worried?

    What did your doctor say about the report?

    Sounds like fibrocystic benign stuff to me.

    I didn't meet my doc yet..just had a talk on the phone..i am going to meet her on monday, she said that its nothing to be concerned about but still i am tensed because it seems as if there is a lot offf mess out there :-/..or maybe its because am still young and this is like the first time..i hv experienced all this.
