Plastic Surgeon Dr Jing Zhang from Winnipeg
just found out that a new surgeon is coming to my area (Ottawa). Her name is Jing Zhang and she's just finished her fellowship in Winnipeg. Anyone seen her or had surgery done by her? Thanks ladies.

No but I've been referred to her. So what do we do? Maybe wait until there's been a bunch of procedures?I don't like the idea of just trusting her. My breasts already look ugly after mastectomy I don't want her to make it worst.
What should we do??

I too have been referred to her for recon...has anyone had any surgery done by her willing to share ? I was told that she teams up with Dr Murray Allen for dieps. I also know that she had no before and after pics of her work...not sure what to do either.

We can't offer any help but hope someone comes forward to assist.
We wish you all the best

Any changes?
They must be in rush to book with her. They scheduled me for tomorrow! Couldn't make it at 8:30, she was free at 10:00 as well. Very promising ;-)

Hello,
My name is Sher. I'm now 3 weeks PostOP. Dr. Nessum was my general surgeon for my bilateral mastectomy and Dr. Jing zhang was my reconstructive surgeon. Both doctors were amazing and took wonderful care of me. Dr. Zhang did a FANTASTIC job on my reconstruction surgery. The surgery consisted of a tissue expander and aderma. Every week I now go into her office for a fill, and eventually I will have another surgery with a regular implant. She really knows what she is doing and I'm on a very great road of recovery. If you would like to see the work and stages I have been documenting everything. Please feel free to message me if you would like too see the progression or if you have any questions at all. I'm very lucky to have had two amazing female doctors.

Hello Cj44,
I'm so happy to hear that you've decided to go ahead with Dr. Zhang. She really is fantastic. She is always so caring, compassionate and very funny. You are in good hands trust me. My email is sher.matte@gmail.com feel free to email me and I will send you a link to my page so that you can see how the progression over the past few months. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact me. What your going through is scary but trust me when I say your in great hands. I was so worried that I wouldn't look the same after my surgery and i worried for nothing. My general surgeon was amazed with her work. I still have a long road, another surgery in a few months to get the expanders out and new implants in...but i'm not worried because it's Dr. Zhang. Good luck on your surgery girl. You got this. The photo below I took last week. All the best my dear. Sher

Hello Sherbear197,
I am getting reconstructive surgery by Dr. Zhang on July 23, 2016 after Mastectomy was done few years ago.
How long does it take for the whole process?
How long do I need time off from work?
Thanks!

Just wondering if anyone out there had Diep reconstruction with Dr. Zhang and Dr. Momtazi in Ottawa. I wish to know your feelings throughout this process and the outcome.
