Recon. revision surgery- what to expect in terms of recovery

Wondering what to expect compared to the first time around. I know I wont have drains but wondering about soreness, healing etc.

FYI- I was direct to implant the first time around and will now be undergoing some revisions which includes switching out my implants.

    I had my exchange surgery on Monday.  Recovery is much easier this time around.  My PS made a new incision beneath my breasts to do the exchange.  Pain has been minimal but I have been taking things very easy.  I did run a low fever of 100 last night but the on call dr. said not to worry unless it went above 101.5.  Fever was gone this morning.

    Be gentle with yourself.  For me, this has been the easiest part so far.
