Back pain ONLY when laying down!

I had my BM in Feb 2013, in Oct 2013 I had nipple reconstruction and my surgeon exchanged my left implant for a larger one.  For the past couple mos I have pain on my left side (kinda below shoulder blade) only when I lay down.

I will make a Dr appt, but until then was wondering if anyone experienced anything similar?

    There is a thread above about pain months after mastectomy. Maybe you can find an answer there

    I had a lumpectomy September 2013 and I have back pain when I lie down too, I think it's from having extra weight pressure on my back.  I have put on a few kilos since chemo steroids.  Is it your lower back?
