SSM Consult. Anyone else had this done recently?

I have a consult with a surgeon for a skin sparing mastectomy in two weeks. (prior lumpectomy 2009). I had a 1cm lump removed with minimal scaring.  Just had my fourth biopsy and countless scans, and am tired dealing with the lumpy breast issue.   Anyone else have experience with this type of surgery?  My oncologist stated I was a good candidate for this type of surgery, with immediate implants.
