finished chemo Jan 8 of this year - had just a little tingling in my toes with the last two treatments.

this has progressively gotten worse - my toes are numb & tingly all the time, when i am on my feet a lot it travels backward to the ball & instep - both feet.

am taking a super B supplement/ acetyl L-Carnetine / alpha Lipoic Acid/ L glutamine, (all recommended supplements)

i tried acupuncture for 3 one hour sessions with no change - even the therapist thought i should have felt something if it was going to work

i have been told that it still could go away gradually...my Onc says if you've had it a year it may be permanent , so i am still hopeful. But it makes working difficult and makes me hesitate to do things that require a lot of walking...

anyone have any tips or suggestions? i need to feel like i am doing something to get better ( as we speak I am scrunching my toes in a pan of sand! ha!)

thanks!!
