Lymph Nodes in Lower Forearm????

I do not have lymphedema but was wondering if anyone knows if lymph nodes go all the way down to forearm?  Recently I have had a few cysts show up in a line pattern and do not have a history of lipomas or fatty cysts.  My reg doc said they are lipomas.  Since some of you LE ladies have had surgery for lymphedema I thought you might know!

    A couple of months after my BMX, I found a couple of lumps on my surgery arm below my elbow. My BS did an ultrasound and the lumps looked so much like lymph nodes that she called in a colleague to look at them. They ended up doing a biopsy, and they turned out to be fatty necrosis.
