So when do we know if we are in remission?

I have a question for all of you and so need some advice. You can see my diagnosis and treatment below. That being said, my MO has never specifically said that I'm in remission. All of my bloodwork has come back "normal", no symptoms to support additional scans, and my primary treatment is now complete. Although I'm confident that i"m in remission I still would like my MO to say it. Should I worry about this..probably not. Any of youout there go through this? When people ask.."are you cancer free now?" I am saying "Yes". Please share. Thanks you
