Darkness over area of fat transfer...

I'm feeling discouraged... I noticed it yesterday - over an area that was a bit of a bulge of grafted fat, it's now looking dark. I was hoping I'd quickly see some other colors indicating bruising, but not yet. I'm afraid the fat has died. (This is over a lumpectomy site in irradiated tissue). An experience with this? I do see the ps tomorrow - want to prepare myself if it is necrosis.
