Trampolines and the lymph system

Hello everyone, I read an article by an American author Michelle Schoffro Cook, "11 Ways to Boost your Lymphatic System to Great Health" 

(can't figure out how to insert the article link!).  Point number 2 is about the importance of "Getting moving" so exercise and she recommends that rebounding on a mini-trampoline is the best way.  Has anybody tried this at home?  How did you find it?  Sounds fun!
