Swelling after UMX -- how long?

would you all mind sharing how long you carried fluid around your incision after your MX?
My surgeon made me flat (no reconstruction, ever for me) and the area is swollen about 1-1.5 inches outward on both edges and the incision is flat against the muscle in the center.
Looks weird, or course. I'd just like to hear your stories. Thanks.

I still have slight swelling under my armpit which I don't get? My chest is flat! I am 5 months post op
