Different Sizes??

I had my exchange/reduction-lift surgery 3 days ago. and although I am wrapped with some sort of rubber tape stuff, it looks like the natural breast is still larger than the implant. Is this normal....is it swelling in the natural side that will go down, or is the implant going to somehow look larger?

    I had exchange/reduction-lift as well 2 months ago.  My implant breast looks definitely higher and fuller than natural breast.  I have been doing "implant displacement massage" as instructed, but they still look different.  Is this just the nature of the beast?  I was hoping for a little more symmetry.  They're not hugely different, but noticeable in a tank top or tight shirt.
