Mammogram Scare!

I had my yearly mammo followup last week and they found something, and asked me to come back for an ultrasound.  My onc wanted to follow up because of my history.  I haven't mentioned it here on the board, but I have been silently freaking out all week. Yesterday they did the ultra sound and the rad doctor told me they found a cyst and wanted to make sure it wasn't anything.  The US turned out to be clear, but they want me back in 6 months for followup because of my cancer history.  I was so relieved.  I was sure there was going to be a recurrance or new primary.  The doc told me there is no change in the micro calcifications.  Anyway, I have a question.  Is this why my breast has been feeling so sore and lumpy because is was cystic? Has anyone experienced this?
