is it Possible to Do Full Tummy Tuck While Doing Diep Procedure?

5 years ago i had my surgeries , but now I have to either change my implant or do the Diep flap,do you know if it is possible to do a real tummy tuck at the same time?

    Choko, the way my PS explained it to me before my DIEP was that it is basically a tummy tuck, they just use the tissue to make the noobs instead of throwing it in the trash. Your situation will certainly depend on your build and what the PS will need to use - we are all different, so it would be best to ask your PS.

    DIEP = tummy tuck.  Just be sure your PS will 'finish' the donor site, your tummy.  I've met with a PS who said she did DIEP but didn't spend much time with the aesthetics.  I went with a PS who repaired the donor site by contouring with liposuction, removing dog ears and making scar super thin, making it look like a tummy tuck and not just a tissue harvest.  That means two surgeries:  one to move the fat and another to shape and contour both the breast(s) and donor site.
