Can you give me a heads up re reconstruction after a lumpectomy?

I know he will be doing a lift on the "good" side,  but he will also be talking to me about what can be done on the disfigured side.  The last time I saw him he mentioned fat transfer and/or possibly taking a tissue flap from my back.  I feel overwhelmed with what these possibilities mean... Can anyone tell me in a nutshell what I can expect at my preop appt on Monday?  I don't even know what kind of questions to ask.  (My original surgery took out a pretty large chunk - left an indentation and pulled me to the side - plus rads - so now that breast is also smaller).

What do I need to know?  What should I ask?  I'm excited at the possibility of feeling somewhat "normal again"  - but also scared since this aspect of bc is still new to me!
