What exactly does this mean?

Sounds like it's all about the bottom line for Pfizer. If the drug extends life, which we all hope is the case, Pfizer's stocks will soar. If not, the stocks become depressed. So, I'm hoping Pfizer stock goes through the roof!

FYI, I invested in Pfizer some time ago when palb was first presented. I know that Noreen Frazer thinks it is a game changer and her foundation invested in its development. Let's hope so.
