Stabbing pain right where leg connects to pelvis.

A few days ago while running I started feeling a twinge of pain on right side of my vagina then it very quickly became a stabbing pain on the deep right side there, and when I push on the bone it hurts.  Walking is very painful.  Is this a pulled groin muscle?  I have no pain at all in my leg.
