Bread for Life
Most of us know, what it is like to be in treatment during the holidays...
Our support groups, family, friends, staff.. all try to "keep things normal".
But there is nothing normal, about being in chemo treatment..
So I started this project..
I wanted to help the patients who will be in treatment over the easter holidays , and came up with the idea of baking a loaf of bread for each patient going through treatment, as well as the staff and the volunteers at the clinic were i was treated.
Pink in the city is having a fundraiser this spring.. a Pink Spring Ball. They are raising funds for the Cedars breast clinc at the Roayl Victoria hospital.. to buy a new gamma probe.
So for each 10$ donation , I will bake a loaf of bread and hand it out to patienmts and staff april 17th at the oncology day clinic.
Please support our project.
A little warmth from the heart can go a long way..
Please Donat, Like and share the page on facebook and encourage everyone to donate!
Our Goal is 100 loaves, in just a short time we have sold 17 loaves!
This project means so much to us..
thank you for your support
