Anyone suffering from implant sickness after mastectomy?

Within 3 months of my implants being placed i started suffering from severe fatigue, then muscle twitching, now i'm so weak, i can barely walk. just wondering if anyone has autoimmune symptoms possibly related to their implants. the plastic surgeons are saying they are very safe - but i'm so suspicious. i was a very healthy person, active lifestyle and now i can't work, can barely walk and i'm severely depressed. just wondering if anyone else out there is suffering from something like this.
