    Terrific article.   Love the quote  "For a woman to be taken as seriously as a man she must be three times as effective. Happily this is not difficult."

    I have several other expressions I have used.

    If you want a job done right, hire a woman!

    Women will be equal to men when they can be mediocre too.

    Hooray for Mary-Claire and her quiet perseverence.
