Vaginal discharge

I don't know if this is the right spot for this topic, so sorry mods if it's not. Anyway, I finished chemo in August 2013 but want into chemopause  at the end of May 2013. Sunday I noticed some slight discharge that was a yellowish color. It has increased since yesterday afternoon and a white blob was in the toilet this morning after I used the bathroom. I was dry as a bone prior to Sunday. I can't even remember what is normal anymore in terms of discharge. I haven't noticed any odor to it. I do have a doctor appointment today with my PCP. I was wondering if it's possible that this is just a precursor to my periods returning? Or maybe a yeast infection, or what? I am 37, 36 at diagnosis. Did any of you who did get your periods back experience discharge shortly before they started? My tumor was Triple Negative so I'm not on any hormonal therapy. Thanks in advance .
