Breast pain and lymph node enlargement with normal scans

I'm new to this great place but need some guidance...

My background is a partial hysterectomy at age 25 due to endometriosis. I'm now 35 and have been having pain in my left breast for about 2 to 3 years in the 6 o'clock region. The pain has started to increase in the past 2 to 3 months, more so if touched. Finally went to my doctor 1 week ago for the pain and the PA didn't seem too concerned since it was only pain and I'm only 35. Doctor came in and examined me and also noticed that my axillary nodes seemed to be enlarged and tender as well. Only visible difference she saw was my nipple showed to look "pulled"?? She ordered an urgent diagnostic mammogram with ultrasound "just to be sure" nothing was wrong since they "felt fine"... I had those yesterday at a Women's Clinic and didn't even see a doctor, only the tech and radiologist. They said both tests looked good and showed nothing. Said it could be hormones,  may try less caffeine or even Vitamin E and come back at age 40 since I now have a base to work off of.

What now!? My family has a history of cancer just not BC. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what?? Any thoughts??
