Follow up Tests for Triple Negative Breast Cancer

What kind of follow up tests are advisable from triple negative for the first 5 years and after the 5 years mark up, and when lymph nodes are affected?

    My lymph nodes were not effected, however my follow up regiment looks like this: physical with oncologist every 3 months. Alternating mammograms and MRIs every 6 months. My BRCA tests were negative so I am being referred for BreastNext genetic test. I am not sure how long I will keep this schedule. Currently I am 9 months past completion of treatment.
