Hi everyone, I found out today that I'm BRCA2+ and am looking for some good literature and articles on the subject as it relates to rate of recurrence and risks of breast cancer in men. I've read the literature here on breastcancer.org, but I'm looking for more in depth info. I'd like to send an email to my family members on the gene side, which are all men, and would love to have some articles to refer them to. If you know of any good sources, could you please pass them along? Thank you!

FORCE - facingourrisk.org might have some more information as well and I would think that a genetic counselor might be able to help you out as well.

I may be in a similar situation trying to get my father to test if I test positive, so I'll be watching this thread with interest.  Good luck in your search!!!

Thanks! I'll check that site out. I have an appt with my onc and genetic counselor this Monday and already have a laundry list of questions. Just thought I'd get a head start on the email out to my family. Thanks again and best wishes to you with your upcoming results!
