Medical Marijuana and Neutropenia?

After one dose of AC for triple negative BC, my white blood cell count has dropped to 800. Normal is 4500-10,000.  I've read that there was a study done in 2010 that concluded cannabis decreases immune function. I've also read about studies that concluded it helped. But I haven't seen any actual studies.

If anyone can point me to information about the effect of CBD oil and/or vaping cannabis (which would also provide THC) on the immune system, and on neutropenia in particular, I'd appreciate it.
