Evening Primrose

Hi there

Am in my late 30s and saw a doctor today as my PMS symptoms are getting worse and taking over my life. Don't want to go on the pill or take anti-depressants, have heard a lot about evening primrose but wondered if safe to take as heard it can increase estrogen and not sure after having DCIS. Any advice on this or any other natural alternatives would be fantastic many thanks xx

They don't seem to know! No doctor or medical professional I have spoken to seem to know anything about complimentary therapies, I mentioned soya and was met with a blank face by my surgeon. Didn't have an oncologist as my cancer was non invasive. x
