When should I do Lebed DVD?

Hello everyone! Once again, thank you for all of your help! I have a quick question. I am undiagnosed, possibly stage 0, who really knows! I ordered the Lebed DVD.  When is the best time to do it... before or after regular exercise? My plan is to do the opening 15 minutes first thing in the morning to get in some good stretching.  If I want to the opening plus a couple other ones in the evening, should I do it before I exercise or after? I plan to buy a treadmill to do some walking/running.  Perhaps every other day lift 1 pound weights and do back strengthening.  I just don't know if the Lebed is meant to drain before or after exercise.

Thanks!

I sent Sherry Lebed an email once, asking just that.  She suggested that it's a great way to prepare for cardio or strength training exercise.

And she said that if you have the time (yeah, right....), it's a great cool-down, too.

Seriously, if I did have the time, I'd do that opening sequence both before and after.  But if I had to choose, I'd do some light warm-up before my serious cardio or weights work, and then end with stretches and the Lebed opening sequence.  I do that somewhat often when exercising at home.  In the gym, not.

That's what I was thinking.  Maybe doing the opening in the morning just for a nice stretch.  Then maybe the opening and a couple others AFTER running on a treadmill.  I thought since it helps drainage maybe after would be good to cool down the body and drain the extra fluid that can come with exercising.  But I know very little about LE so maybe I am not thinking correctly.
