I found this while looking for information on surgery, but it is a really useful source of balanced information on the latest thinking about treatments and related issues: http://www.lympho.org/

It contains links to different national organisations (whose websites themselves contain useful resources), click "ILF Partners"

There are position papers on things like Compression Therapy and Surgical Intervention click "Resources"

They also have information on their previous conferences - the last one was in 2012 but they are having another one in June this year, so worth keeping an eye on.
