Hello,

I wanted to know what your success what with the cold caps?  My mother used the Elastogels.  What procedures did you follow?  Can you share a website?  

My mother and I were playing it by ear.  I'm not sure if we had the caps cold enough.  The website my mother went to said that you cold just use a regular freezer, and the caps should be ready in a 1/2 hour.  I disagreed with my mother.  I wanted to follow what the Penguin ladies did with their cold caps.  Can you please share with me how you handled your cold caps?
