weight gain after radiation was completed

I finished radiation last week. During radiation treatment my weight pretty much stayed the same. Since last week, I have noticed my weight to be on the increase and my body feels more bloated. I don't think I have changed my eating habits that much. I was wondering if my weight was kept in check during radiation because my body was adjusting to treatment. Now that treatment is over, could my body be readjusting and retaining more fluid?
