Hi ladies, I am wondering if anyone can recommend an alternative cancer center in NYC or good alternative treatments you believe in. Want to increase my odds. Thank you so much!

    i wish i knew.

    i met my integrative doctor yesterday and i thought it is quite helpful. PM me if you want the doctor's name.

    basically he gave me an handout about all the proven effective way to fight cancer.

    1. exercise everyday for 30min. it doesn't have to be hard work out but it needs to increase your heart rate and sweat a little. like brisk walking

    2. plants based diets

    3. don't get stressed, and meditate 

    4. supplements (optional, upon my request)
