Maintain Account Log-in Across Devices

Apologies if this has been introduced previously.  It would be helpful if, having logged into my account on one device, my account is not automatically logged out on all other devices.  Each time I log in, I do check the "Remember my user name" checkbox.

For instance, let's say I've logged in to look at the BCO forums on my iPad.  I later boot up my computer and decide to check the forums again from there.  I have to log in to my account.  Now, if I go back to my iPad, I find that my account log-in has not been maintained.  I have to log in again.  Finally, when I go back to looking at BCO on my computer, I have to log in once again there.  Given that I flip between platforms frequently, this means that, effectively, I have to log in each and every time I visit BCO.

It's a small enough inconvenience, but this is the only bulletin board software I've seen that can't sustain an account log-in across multiple devices.  Could this be corrected?  Is there a switch I'm missing?

CassDugan, we'll check with the tech team if this is intentional, so that members aren't logging in twice at the same time with different IP addresses, or if it's something that can be changed.
