Nipple change

Hi,
Has any of you noticed a change in your nipple appearance? My left nipple has become smaller in the last 3 weeks and I have noticed that the left nipple is smaller than the right one and I have these big lumps on the top part of my breast and I have this radiating pain from the nipple to the breast.
Have any of you noticed anything like that??? I was pregnant in October 2013 and had a miscarriage in November. I have no lumps in my armpits but I have this tender feeling in the area between the breast and armpit.
Soo confused!!!
