Understanding IDC/ E-Cadherin positive

I Just found out today that my mom has cancer and would love any help anyone can give me on this! she was diagnosed with "Invasive ductal carcinom, e-cadherin positive" and also on the paper the doctor gave us it said nuclear grade 3! Plesae help, Internet works well but id love to hear from people who've experience it and know more than, of course, i do! thank you any who help! My mother is my world! God bless everyone and their fight against cancer!
