Should I be alarmed?  Had the breast MRI on Monday and they called today to let me know the radiologist reviewed my images and they want to take a further look at something in my left breast and something under my right arm.  My diagnosed area is my right breast right above the areola.  They are going to do an ultrasound tomorrow morning and if anything needs to be biopsied they’ll do it right away before my first appointment with the breast surgeon.

Also, got a copy of the pathology report and it shows IDC with DCIS.  The in situ component consists of cribriform and comedo duct carcinoma.  How common is that?
