4 vs 6

Had surgery Bilateral Mastectomy, BSO (prophylactic) Stage 1, negative nodes, HER2 +, double negative

On my 3rd treatment and am not sure at all that I can do the 6 treatments,  part of the problem is initially I was told 6 treatments every other week, then 4 treatments, then 6 treatments and finally 6 treatments with Herceptin for a year.. TCH is the current treatment

I can get my head around 5 but not 6 plus another year of Herceptin every 3 weeks.

Any info (other than recommended) for 4 vs 6. Found articles from 2010 that say no difference but nothing more recent
