Sas - it's a small collection of images repeated at preset intervals and saved in a file format called .gif. - really it's traditional animation saved in a digital file that supports it.

Did you gals know this? I made some Risotto last night, and tonight I made Polenta and home-made sauce.... the Saffron for the Risotto is a very expensive .... But it is such a good rice dish... can make it with not only Arborio rice, but also Basmati, or probably any kind of rice....! The secret is cooking slowly, letting the rice absorb the water(or broth)/wine mixture, then adding butter and grated Parmesan cheese when finished...

When I went to St. John USVI with the non-profit Little pink houses of hope, one of the special things we did was have out picture taken by a professional photographer! She was wonderful and those are the only picture I have of just me and my husband!
