Wrap after TE exchange

I had my exchange Friday and I now have op-site or plastic type wrap on them. I have some areas of redness and burning pain. One of the areas was near the edge of the opsite and it actually drained out some. Anybody have these issues? I'm thinking a lot of it is a reaction to the operative scrub and being closed in...I'm fair skinned and easily react to things on my skin. Im just checking to see if anyone has suggestions. I saw that some PS use ACE wraps to settle the implants.
