My brother has a personal trainer at a gym where he lives. He told me several years ago that some of the hardcore men there take arimidex. I ask if they knew what arimidex would do to them, they may have big muscles but crumbling bone structures. Gotta have bone structures to hold up those big muscles. :)  Sometimes people just don't get it.

Hi Susie, my son is a semi pro athlete, and had to take a anti doping course when he made his university soccer team. The main one body builders use is tamoxifen and its not in supplements they actually take the drug we take. Why ? They take it at the end of a anabolic steroid cycle as the resulting high/excess testosterone caused by steroids is converted to estrogen in humans so the tamoxifen blocks that and prevents the fat deposit that go along with it. They also say the tamoxifen increases muscle density and definition. While im not a body builder, I am a pretty serious runner and i do lift weights as strength training. I have noticed a change in muscle. its harder and yes its seems to me i am more defined but it might be me imagining it.

I'm also a runner. Unfortunately the Tamoxifen hasn't helped my spindly arms :(  I've even increased my dumb bell size from 7.5 to 10.0. LOL  guess I have a long way to go.............................

One of my sons is a bodybuilder, so I'm pretty familiar with everything that these guys put in their bodies. Out of his workout buddies, several take the supplements containing tamoxifen, and a couple take the actual drug. For the most part, though, the rest take grape seed extract to reduce their estrogen. I'm still struggling to get the point across that the grape seed extract is really no different, but who can tell a 17 year old anything. They think their invincible. These guys will do almost anything to look like Hugh Jackman....or Huge Jackedman" as they like to call him.
