question about standards of care

Dear all,

I have a friend who had 1 node-- the recommendation is Taxol/Cytoxan--- oncotype was low... 

Is this becoming the new standard (it had been A/C or AC/T)?

I had stage 1 and clear nodes and got TCx4.  Seems like most people get that.  THe NCCN website should list the treatment protocols

Yes, my doctor gave me options either TC or AC/T. He said in studies they are equally effective but AC/T is more toxic. So the toxicity is probably why they steer people towards TC. I'm BRCA1 and there may be benefit to Adria that's why I chose AC/T.
