Ixempra Advice??

I had my first Ixempra infusion three weeks ago on Wednesday, when I will get my send treatment. I have had recurring pain under my arm...similar to what happened when I was first found out I had BC again for the 2nd time and it is in my lymph nodes. I am not taking it as a combo and this is the 3rd type of chemo I have tried since September. Has anyone else been had it by itself and had any experience with how long it might take to work or could it be possibly considered a failure already? I am seeing my MO on Wednesday, I just can't shake the feeling my body is going haywire.
