Of course!  Most women never recur.  The risk level totally depends on your original diagnosis.  The higher the Stage the more likely it will recur, but even then the numbers aren't very high.  Overall it is one in five women over a ten year period.  The studies below don't include women now taking tamoxifen and other hormonal treatment, which cut the recurrence risk in half.
