New lump, again where nipple was, in mastectomy breast

Hi,

About 3 months after mastectomy, I have suddenly a very  hard lump with bruise where the nipple was. I had preferred no construction

at all.

As LCIS does not often show up on imaging, how do I know it is not LCIS in the new lump? If the imaging is negative, I feel

like ripping out the implants, tissue and get a no reconstruct.
