diep flap 5 weeks and still suffering

I was diagnosed oct 1  with a 1 centimeter tumor in left breast. didn't get surgery until dec 13..I thought the surgery with a tummy tuck would be great but I am in so much pain 5 weeks later the tightness in my stomache is horrible my new breasts feel like cementI and I was pulling the adhesive they use instaad of stitches was peeling and I was puling it off which is very dangerous because the breasts have no feeling at all I could stab myself with a knife and wouldn't feel it so I now have large deep wounds that keep getting infected. I am in boston with the best hosptals in the country and still have no treatment plan my oncologist is just now sending a tumor piece to calif to be tested to see if it will come back ..that will take 10 days and I wouldn't mind but he kept muttering ' I hope we're not pushing the envelope" ..then he kept saying he didn't have the path report..which did say no lymph node armpit cancer but 2 breast lymph  nodes with cancer...I can't seem to get an answer of how bad this is and I've been so calm the whole time but I'm starting to get scared and I'm not feeling good at alll  I've had to go to emergency room 2 times already iwith fevers and infections. I feel like all I've done is wait I was so dissapointed that I thought the oncologist would have a plan and now I feel like its going to spread everywhere and I might die.....I don't know what to do I'm 55 I have 2 kids and I'm raising my 2 grand kids I want to not be in pain or sick every day.
